Should extracurricular activities be mandatory at high schools?

  1. I think schools should motivate students to participate in extracurricular activities! Personally I love to do different types of extracurricular activities such as volunteering, arts, and hanging out with friends. They should be mandatory in high school in order to help kids become more social, while having fun. Also, of course, they look great on applications for college!

  3. I think extracurricular activities should be mandatory in high school because it creates a routine for the student. This routine will help provide discipline and prepare the high school student to continue this routine in college when they are no longer at home.

  4. In my opinion, extracurricular activities should be mandatory because it can help us to know each other, such as our tastes or our personality. These activities also allow to open to the others and maybe to have new friends. In other words, extracurricular activities can be good if we can choice it and we put in it.
