  1. School is the progress that has completely evolved my life. School is what enables future generations to learn from history and not repeat past mistakes. It has changed my life because my knowledge grows each and everyday by learning new subjects.

  2. My progress in tennis has changed my life. Tennis has taught me about discipline, hard work, and sportsmanship. It's not winning or losing that matters, it's how hard you worked. I have met some of my best friends through tennis. I know these friends will be with me forever, and I can always count on them. Tennis has helped me become less shy and more outgoing. I am a more confident person now because of tennis.

  3. The progress I have made in my reading and writing skills has changed my life. Through poetry, fiction, and nonfiction, I have come to understand that influential writing has the power to change the thoughts of others, and ultimately the world.

  4. Certain progress can change our lives.

Indeed, I have made progress in scientific subjects because as for me, school is fundamental. I have had some problems with mathematics. I've worked so my marks are correct now. Eventually, I have just understood how mathematics are useful in life.

    1. Certainly, progress can change lives. Because school is fundamental for me, I have made progress even in scientific subjects... I've worked hard so that my marks are correct now. Eventually, I understood how useful mathemathics are a useful tool for life.

It's a fact, life is full of progress.

As for me, I have progressed in many different areas. For instance, I'm now able to concentrate better and that's really important if I want to succeed in my studies. Therefore I have better marks. In addition to that, I've also made progress on horse back. I love to ride and in the last year, I've learned a lot and I'm now more confident than before. Althought I have still a lot to learn, I've made big progress which is why I'm in a higher level class.

To conclude, the progress i'm most proud of, is definitly in horse riding.

  7. There are many progress that improve our lives especially technical ones.
So, what type of progress has changed my life?

Internet is for me the best example of progress that changed my everyday life.
Before, to do my homework and research, I had to go to the Library.
Now, I'm so happy to be able to do this at home.
Furthermore, I can look up everything that I'm interested in like for example Tv Shows, Clothes, the Weather Cast, Videos ...

To conclude, nowadays, everyone has internet and I think I am not the only person who's life has been changed by it.

  8. For some people, the technologies or their progress in a special discipline changed their lives but for me it's totally different. So, what it is ?

Indeed, it's a work on myself that I did. I progressed on the way that I see myself.
I disliked who I was for several reasons, on of them was that younger I was "victim" of racism so I used to wish I was White ! In short, I hated myself for who I was...
However, with time, I learned to accept me and everyday I progressed !
Now I changed the way I saw myself and my life has changed too !
So, some people can say what they want, they can do anything but if you believe in yourself and in who you are : They CAN NOT reach you !

  9. I would say the biggest thing that has impacted my life is the progression of technology; specifically the internet. What I like about the internet is how you can learn all kinds of new things from the comfort of your own home. On my first day of private school, I learned how to tie a tie because of the internet. Even though the internet and other technologies provide a lot of benefits, however, it can be a dangerous and negative place. Many people get scammed and bullied online. Technology is very powerful and can do a lot of damage if its misused!

  10. First, what is a progress ?
It can be a development, a growth of something. Its synonyms would be evolution or increase. That concerns the fact of moving forward ; improvement of the means of production, thanks to the development of manichery and mechanization of work ; economic and social progress.

It can also be an improvement of somebody in the field of knowledge, skills, especially at school. It's a quantity or an intensive increase of a phenomenon.

Progress can be a gradual transformation, a change. It's a transformation towards the better in a particular field, move towards a satisfactory, positive result. It approaches a fact towards a degree higher, to expand, to increase by steps.

It's an approach of a goal which marks a step in the direction of improving ; regular evolution of humanity, of the civilization towards a perfect goal.

A lot of progress has changed my life : some are visible, others are invisible. I think that progress in computer science has changed my life. Consumer society's progresses have changed my way to buy and consume, but I can't really see it.
The greatest advance that influenced my life is medical progress. I have allergies and, since my childhood, it's like I've a cold throughout the year . It is difficult and annoying in the everyday life, but my desensitization treatment is improved that. In the future, I suppose that medicine can do a lot of things for us.

  11. Maybe it's very ridiculous, but the "Tramway" has changed my life. An exemple, it's mornings...If it was not, I should probably get up 45 minutes earlier to go to school, and walk, walk, just walk during 35 minutes. He has disadvantages too of course like the world, smell, and lack of the physical activity but the "Tram" it's a revolution !
An other think has changed my life more (and seriously), with the progress of the informatic, I communicate with my family (in Croatia) all the day, and it's really good because I miss them, and more, I found a family member through internet archives. Internet it's the future and he changes my life every day.

Progress never stop to surprise me...
