I find these torture practices horrible. To be honest, many of my family members eat "FOIE GRAS" and I'm totally against due to what ducks have to go through. But sadly I know that in every day life a lot of food that we eat involve the pain and suffering of animals. It makes me feel bad because I contribute to it, by eating meat. But, in my opinion when it's done in good conditions and without any pain that's okay. Furthermore, we need meat in our organism, and its a part of the alimentary chain. To come back to the main idea, I don't think that "FOIE GRAS" is essential. So in my opinion, it's an unnecessary practice, which doesn't fit with animals protection and respect. Therefore, breeding should be cancelled.
This production is horrible, indeed, fourteen millions ducklings die every years. Moreover, this animals have not a really life because they are used to be eaten later For the humans, is really bad for Health because this animals are feeding at antibiotics, so this can transmit disease. So It’s necessary of change this practice, indeed it’s necessary to limit the production, and it’s necessary to improve the conditions of breeding.

In my opinion, the practices for the production of "foie gras" are really horrible. Moreover, they are useless because "foie gras" is not at all indispensable to humans, so this production only exists to satisfy people's desires. The breeding of birds for this production must be cruel and atrocious and this saddens me a lot. It would be necessary to stop the practices for the production of "foie gras" but unfortunately with the mentality of some people it is impossible.
The production methods of the "foie gras" are horrible and I totally disaprove of these practices. But the process of creating "foie gras" is just one example of what animals we eat have to go through. I could mention chickens that live in the smallest place possible and don't see the sky once in their lives or sheep/cows/pigs that will never eat fresh grass since they live in tiny boxes. I think the production of "foie gras" should be stopped and the living conditions of animals in general should be improved
To my mind, the 'foie gras' industry is one of the most disgusting food industries.
It has been proven many times that the ducks are 'stocked' indoors as simple objects. Plus, they are overfed during their whole life, and suffer greatly from the poor quality of their food as much as their own weight.
It is needless to say that the breeding and over-feeding of these ducks are pure animal cruelty, as many producers do not respect norms that have been published by the government.
Yet, every holiday I find foie gras on my table. I do not think humans will get rid completely of this traditionnal food. That is why, in my mind, the solution would be to buy foie gras that truly respects certain breeding conditions, and are labelled as which.
The breeding of birds for the production of "foie gras" is a complex and debated topic. Some people believe that it should be stopped due to concerns about animal welfare, while others argue that it can be done in a humane and responsible way. It's important to consider different perspectives and gather information to make an informed opinion.
The making of foie gras raises worries because of how birds are fed. I think changes are needed. Stopping it completely might affect traditions and jobs, but making things better is important. Finding new ways to care for animals while keeping cultural values is the key. We should find a balance between caring for animals and keeping traditions alive is important in making foie gras more ethical.
