Donald Trump is the president of the USA since 2017. This video is a Donald Trump's speech pronounced after the attack in the Santa Fe High School, Texas by a seventeen-year-old student. He killed about ten people. After watching it, I'm going to tell you if I think that Donald Trump's actions are effective and if I think that the last attack could be avoided.
First, Donald Trump's actions aren't effective about this problem. It isn't normal that a child can have weapons and kills people in his high school. It means that security isn't at a good level, that students are not enough followed by school staff and mainly that weapons are easy to reach for every inhabitant who lived in a state where weapons are allowed. So, as a president, in front of those events, he should do more reforms in his country to have more chances to avoid those attacks. Actually, this year there were two attacks in USA : one three months ago in a Parkland High school, Florida and another six days ago in the Santa Fe high school, Texas. Maybe this last attack could be avoided if Donald Trump forbad weapons and provided more assistance and after-care for troubled students in American schools.
Finally, I think that DonaldTrump doesn't take care enough about this problem and if he did it before the last attack, I think it could be avoided.
First, I’d like to present this video. It is about last week’s shooting in Santa Fe High School on 18 May. Donald Trump, the US president gives a speech during the one he says that “this has been going on for too long”.
It is hypocritical to say that. I think Donald Trump can’t say that shootings are bad when he’s at the same time funded by the National Rifle Association. He can’t give a speech on weapon when his campaign for being president was financed by a weapon lobbying. Moreover, he says that people who are dangerous for themselves and for others should be prevented from carrying a weapon, but he also wants that teachers have guns to protect children. This is problematic in three ways to my mind: first, teachers are often examples for children. If those ones see teachers with guns, they will want to do the same and have guns. Then, another problem is that if a teacher leaves the weapon somewhere a kid can take it, it’ll be as dangerous as if it was the student’s gun and they can be dangerous for them and for others. Finally, teachers can also be dangerous and shoot at students. Therefore, I think that the government’s security measurements are not effective. To my mind, this shooting and every other shooting couldn’t be avoided because there are guns everywhere and almost everyone can have one in the United States. Even if a teacher could have shot at him, the killer would have killed someone already. The shooter was harassed at school and he wanted to take a revenge, so no one could’ve stopped him before he kills someone. So, I think that United States should change its laws and its culture who is too inspired by weapons.
To sum up I don’t think that Donald Trump’s actions are effective and that the shooting could have been avoided. Maybe if there were no guns allowed to civilians in United States, there would be less attacks and less victims.

It's something shocking and psychologically disturbing and, as for me, I can't imagine the ordeal they had, nevertheless badly things are do and nothing else can change that because, from now, USA is a open door for all the maniac who want to kill people or satisfy their urge.

WHAT, he would also like to arm teachers ?! No, but he is completely stupid this guy! He thinks that arming the teachers, this kind of things will not iron again ... quite the opposite! And here is why.
First case: Imagine if one of the teachers, one day, has a big depression and decides to suicide, you do not think he can lead a class with him? (especially if it is armed then there, it may be done quickly, well done) ...
Second case: Imagine, one day, a teacher leaves his class to fetch leaves and at this moment, one of the students realizes that the professor has forgotten his backpack where there is his weapon in it. .. What will happen next? So, for me, the security measures were too weak compared to what could happen. And Mr. Donald Trump, for me, these shots could not be avoided especially because this young man was part of the class and nobody would have thought that he would be able to do what he did ...
To conclude, I think that Donald Trump's actions are ineffective and completely stupid for the most part and that this killing could not be diverted ... However, it helps to raise awareness about the carrying of weapons in the United States.

Indeed, on May 18th, 2018, a terrible attack occurred in a school named Santa Fe. A 17-year-old teenager, provided with a weapon to kill 10 people and 10 wounded. After this school shooting, Donald Trump said, "this has been going on too long in our country». To my mind, I think that as United States preside; Donald does not begin the reforms necessary for the security of the citizens. The carrying of weapons shouldn’t be any more authorized for a long time. Weapons cause horrible events and I don’t understand why Donald Trump yet, don’t open eyes. In United States, every year, thousands dies during attacks, during shootings, during settling of scores. It’s unfortunate.... Unfortunate for the number of people acquits who die every year because of person ill intentioned, having weapons, unfortunates for families, which, powerless undergo, lose expensive beings. When what that is going to stop? The video that's presented to us is a video of Donald Trump, United States' current president, talking about what has happened recently in Texas, another shooting has taken place, another school's been transformed in a graveyard and most of all more lives have been taken away.
In his speech, he's talking about taking measures to secure life for students, teachers and citizens in general. But how could anybody be safe with guns running around? However, it is unfair to act like he invented this law, gun authority laws have existed for a while now, not just since his election, of course we can all agree with the fact that the amount of shootings has increased. Anybody with a minimum of common sense would easily understand that guns are not toys, they can not circulate in schools, cities and states. They are a source of death and measures have to be taken. How many shootings are necessary for the Government to finally act ? 1 ? 10 ? 100 ? Unfortunately, we don't see any change and it's been proven every day through numerous shootings.

Giving weapons to teachers is certainly not a good option because teachers can be dangerous and students can steal those guns. The population shouldn’t have easy access to weapons.
Consequently, after two big shootings and a shocked mentality, I would say that Donald trump’s actions are not effective. He could have done something and maybe avoid the last attack.
