I think that all plants are important because we couldn't live without them. And speaking for myself, their isn't anything more important than the nature ! Because the nature made us, then we have to respect it. ( And we should have to respect and protect it even if it shouldn't have been making us ). like plants are nature, we have to respect all of them, not the nicer ones, even if we don't like some of them, each one are as important as the others. From my viewpoint it's the same thing for the animals.
I agree with you, but I think that in France, and especialy in nice and all around, there are some plants more importants : in France we like flowers. No we love flowers (and I love flowers too) and in Nice we LOVE aromatic grasses like rosemary, thyme, basil,... Of course every plants are important, those are...special :)
