  2. Essay 1

Nowadays people have changed their way of life due to social networking sites. Indeed 150 million of users on Facebook , and an average of 3 hours per month on this . Is it beneficial or not ?

It's clear social networking sites have an hudge place in our life especially in young people's life . It's more important than other technologies such as TV , radio ... A lot of people spend too much time on those , creating new relationship , keeping on touch with all their friends , working , spending . People are all connected so everyone knows in a short time what's is happening all over the world . So the transmission of information is becoming a burning issue . Indeed , nowadays how people can make difference between true or false information ? Everyone can share what he wants , there is no limitation , so thanks to those social networking sites , people have to be more carefully . Dishonest people use those social networking sites for destroying others people' s life , but not only dishonest people ! Firms are involved on this , beacause they share between them all theirs users data . Besides , this undermines the credibility of those social networking sites . It's seems that there is less security .
Moreover there is a new individual development with those social networking sites . People can have " a lot of friend " on often people they have never met . To my mind this phenomena is not so bad that some people say . It's just a new way of relationship , people have no need of knowing all their friends very well , they have few very close friends and other just for fun . Other point , the increase of personal blog , people share theirs hobbies freely . And they tend to become more famous than stars for example " fashion blog" , doing by unknown person who love " Mode " . They show and explain how to be fashionable .
To conclude , social networking sites have an impact on our relationships , how we work , how we spend . social networkings sites have changed our life .

  4. At first thought my inclination was to say this phenomena has cheapened our abilities to fraternize with friends and families. Then I thought about how having Facebook does allow me to keep up with what is going on with my closest confidants even when I do not have time to call. Having the ability to write a little something on someone's page letting them know you're thinking of them is very comforting as well. If people are mindful of the information they showcase in these social networking places, they can be very positive additions to their current lives.

  5. It's uncontestable that since they have been created, social networks had changed definetely our lives. Now, our lives can be seen by everyone, we have many friends (even though they are not really your friends, in reality), you can show pictures of you, your place, your parties, your friends, your sweetheart, your pets, your cars... of everything. Thanks to some applications or groups, people can know a little bit more about you.
First, I think that like I said before, it's uncontestable that the social networks took an important place in our lives, because it offers you the possibility to be connected with your friends everywhere you are (thanks to computers or smartphones), to share your adventures, your likes ; you can discover new persons that you haven't know before. It's really handy to get to know new people.
But in the other hand, we should be careful about who we add for friends, or who wants to add you as, because it's dangerous to let unknown people see your personnal life, or people at work, your informations, photos, likes can be tools for others to bring you problems (you are going to be promoted by your boss, but someone at work shows him compromising pictures...)
To sump up, I will say that social networks are great way to get to know new persons, stay in touch with friends but we have to be careful on what we share in these personnal page because everyone can see it and it can be used against you.

In my opinion, social networks sites have and could realy change our lives, But going on this sites all days can be bad for us : indeed, all our lives are on internet and everybody could get informations on us. That's why, we do not abuse of social networks, same they can change our lives !

  10. They totaly did change my life, and I think I'm not alone feeling that : nowaday we all spend time on facebook and it's easier, for exemple, to put pictures of our partys on line on facebook, and we can all comment it, and even friends who warn't here can coment ... I like it.
But some people are too... do they ignor the fact that every one can see what they put online ? I mean, friends of mine put pictures of themselvs half naked, or difuse their politic opinion or pictures of them totaly drunk and that kindda thing is soooooooo stupide ! We all have to be careful with what me put online, 'ause too many people will see it, even maybe our future employer ? That may be tragic

  12. Of course, it changed our lives. Social networks allow us to stay informed, to know what's going on in the world, to participate in important causes and struggles, to give your opinion, to denounce inept behaviour or actions, to find out more about people we thought we knew and more! Without social networks, we would have a restricted vision of the world, I think. But social networks have also allowed many people to improve themselves, by having fun or talking to their friends. Despite the fact that there are malevolent people out there like everywhere else, social networks are still a great tool!
