Also, it’s important to be concsious about the fact that some people are going through things that are ten times worse than what we are potentially living, so there’s no point in complaining and expecting that things will change by themselves.

As a matter of fact, confidence is the key, hard to get I admit, but it reflects an attidute and catch the trust of others. For instance, some politicians spread hate, and people still support them only because they truly believe in what they tell and have the expressiveness that attracts people. Of course it's perfectly normal to have anxiety or to be shy but it is something that we can change, it will take time for sure, but at the end we have to be capable of not being afraid of what people will think of us. Growth is a process, you do not just wake up and become a butterfly. Moreover, there is many articles on how men are more numerous in higher education because they dare, and that reflets leadership afterwards when they will seek for a job. To conclude, our main problem is that we only focus on our failures without thinking of how we could improve ourselves and do much better the next time. And most importantly, try to have a positive energy, always.
I think that attitude is the most important thing to be respected. As respect is the base to be a good leader, we must always take care of our behavior. When we listen to politician people, for exemple, it is really hard to have a good opinion of them or believe them when they seem rabid. How could we give control to a person who can't even control herself?
