  1. Hello,
An exchange is when you give something and when you receive something in return. It's not necessarily material. For instance, you can look at a person and receive a look from this person in return. It's an exchange. So, exchanges can be relationships between people (material or not), between countries or between cultures.
It's important to have exchanges in our private and public lives, because exchanges allow the human to learn things and develop his personality in society. For instance, Men can develop self-confidence by talking with other people.
Without exchanges, I think Men can't evolve because he has no way of knowing how to live in society, but also how to live alone, because nobody taught him how to do it.

  2. According to the dictionary definition, an exchange is the act of exchanging something. It can be an object, a word... But for me, exchange can be everywhere, not just by exchanging an object, and more easily than you think. For example, in public, by exchanging a smile or a look with a person. In private, by talking about how you feel with the people around you. That too is exchange. The exchange is important between humans because simply exchanging a look, a smile or a word can be reassuring and can bring happiness to the person, especially at this time. Even the most basic action can change anyone's day.

  3. An exchange is primarily about giving something to someone and expecting to receive something in return. Exchanges can take many shapes and forms and is not necessarily something which can be seen.
In the case of our private and public lives, they are extremely important. Discussions are a form of exchange and allow people to communicate between each other. Through discussions people can exchange their culture, their ideals which can lead to relationships with other people. People, by talking with each other, can become more and more open minded and cultivated and form their own personality. In the case that exchanges are material, it often involves money. Money is a currency that is most commonly used to exchange for goods and services. Without the existence of money, these exchanges would be rather hard as it would be difficult to know the value of something, compared to something else. And these exchanges are very important. It wouldn't be too far-fetched to say that they make the world go round.

  4. Hello,
First of all I think that an exchange means so much. I explain my thougts. Per day, there is like a thousand exchange between people. It can be a hug, a wink, a kiss, a slap, a word, a look, it could be anything. Exchange is all around us, every second of ours lives. Maybe you have no idea that you are doing an exchange with somebody. I mean, right know we are exchanging something. I'm answering to you with my thoughts and you are reading them. That's a exchange between you and me and none of us realized that we were exchange something before I said that. It's a bit funny right? Anyway exchange is inevitable. Maybe it's too much but we can say that exchange is life.
    Thank you for reading me!

  5. I think that the exchanges allow us to improve our open-mindedness thanks to other people, we can learn more about their experiences and their knowledge, it can be very useful when we are young for our development and for our future. Moreover when we chat with someone that we can question ourselves and change our mind or just see things differently

  6. Firstly , an exchange is the act of giving or receiving something in subtitution for something else. Exchanges are extremely important in our lives weither in public or private spaces . For instance , at school when you communicate with the schoolmates you exchange with them and when you ask something to your teacher and he answer you too . Also you can have an economic or cultural exchange that can happen at the market or visiting another country . Furthermore , in private spaces the exchanges are not the same as in public but the exchange you have with your family is a sort of communition which is indispensable : you can talk about your feelings or whatever you want. It allows us to exteriorise what we have inside and that’s really important .To conclude , exchange exists in every space , and life is impossible without it because it allows us to communicate with people around and to have a social interaction. 7. An exchange is when you give something to somebody and you recieve something in return. Those kind of interaction are essential to maintain our societies united, and to be more general, they are foundamentals to the man kind. Indeed since the very early ages of humanity, there were already exchanges of knowledge between individuals, that allowed the whole group of people to survive together. To come back to our ages, you can't live properly without using those kind of interactions, as the simple fact of buying something (food, clothes, where to live...) is an exchange: you recieve what you want in exchange for money, or if you want to take lessons of something outside school you pay so that someone teaches you what you want. I'll end up with the exchange in our private lives, services that start from simple politeness and that are often given back.
